Delta IT Distributions FZ LLC is established in the United Arab Emirates and operates from VUET3134, Compass Building - Al Hulaila, Al Hulaila Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

This is a marketing website. It sells nothing online. There are no user accounts, no login, no shopping basket and no payment processing, so no password, order history or payment detail is ever collected here.

One form on this website collects personal information: the enquiry form on the Contact page. It asks for your name, your company, your email address, your phone number, the solution you are interested in, and the message you choose to write.

The form also carries a single hidden field that a visitor never sees and never completes. It exists only to catch automated spam submissions, and a submission that fills it in is discarded rather than answered.

Nothing else on this website asks you to identify yourself. There is no newsletter sign-up, no account registration, no survey and no comment facility. Anything you volunteer inside the message field is, by definition, up to you, so please keep it to what is needed to answer the enquiry.

Completing and submitting the enquiry form is a voluntary act, and it is taken as your agreement to be contacted about the enquiry it describes. The information is also handled because it is necessary to respond to a request you have made and to conduct the resulting business correspondence.

Enquiries received from outside the United Arab Emirates are handled to the same standard. No certification, seal or registration under any other jurisdiction's data protection regime is claimed on this website.

This website is a static site. Its pages are pre-built files delivered to your browser, and there is no application server sitting behind them holding a database of visitors.

When the enquiry form is submitted, the details you typed are sent directly from your browser to a separate enquiry-handling endpoint, which passes the enquiry to the Delta IT Distributions FZ LLC team by email. That endpoint and the email systems that receive the enquiry are operated by service providers acting on the company's instructions, and they may store the enquiry while it is being delivered.

If you choose the WhatsApp option instead of the form, the message is composed in your own WhatsApp application and sent through WhatsApp. That conversation takes place on WhatsApp's systems and is governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

Personal information is disclosed to no one else, except where a supplier or manufacturer has to be given the detail needed to answer your specific enquiry, or where disclosure is required by law or by a competent authority in the United Arab Emirates.

Fonts, images and stylesheets are served from this website itself rather than fetched from a third-party host, so simply reading a page discloses nothing about you beyond the request your browser makes to the server hosting the site.

The Contact page can display an embedded Google map showing the office location. It loads only when you choose to load it. Until then no request is made to Google from that page. Once you load it, Google receives that request as it would for any use of Google Maps, subject to Google's own privacy policy.

This website also links out to WhatsApp and to other external sites. Those services are outside the control of the company, and what they collect is governed by their own policies rather than by this one.

Enquiry details are kept for as long as they are needed to answer the enquiry and to deal with whatever follows from it, such as a quotation, an order, a delivery or a warranty question, and for as long as any accounting, tax or other legal obligation in the United Arab Emirates requires business records to be retained.

No fixed retention period is published here, because the useful life of an enquiry depends on what it leads to. Information that is needed for neither purpose is deleted.

This website is served over an encrypted connection, and the enquiry form is submitted over one. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied to the systems that receive enquiries, and access to them is limited to the people who need it in order to reply.

No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, so absolute security cannot be promised. Please do not send passwords, bank details or copies of identity documents through the enquiry form.

Subject to UAE data protection law, you may ask for a copy of the personal information held about you, ask for anything inaccurate to be corrected, ask for information that is no longer needed to be deleted, ask for its use to be restricted, object to a particular use, or withdraw a consent you previously gave.

To make any of those requests, email info@deltaitdistribution.com or write to the postal address at the end of this policy. Proof of identity may be requested first, so that information is never disclosed to the wrong person, and a request is answered within a reasonable period.

If a request is refused, the reason will be given. You retain the right to raise the matter with the competent data protection authority in the United Arab Emirates.

This website is aimed at businesses, resellers and trade buyers. It is not directed at children, and personal information is not knowingly collected from anyone below the age of majority. If information of that kind has been submitted through the form, email the address below and it will be deleted.
